We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, a notification email will be sent to you. Delivery times may be extended during peak periods, adverse weather conditions, or due to other unforeseen circumstances. Hong Kong Delivery (S.F. Express)
Orders are delivered via S.F. Express to designated commercial or residential addresses, S.F. Express branches, S.F. Lockers, or selected convenience stores.

Delivery Coverage
Delivery generally covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and selected outlying islands. Delivery is not available to restricted areas, warehouses, or locations where courier access is not permitted.
S.F. Express is our default courier service provider. We reserve the right to arrange delivery through alternative courier services or methods when necessary.

Orders are delivered via S.F. Express to designated commercial or residential addresses in Macau.

Dispatch Schedule
