退貨及退款政策

可申請退換或退款的情況

如你收到的貨品於收貨時出現以下情況之一，請於收貨日起計 7 天內聯絡 ohReally. 客戶服務中心申請更換或退款：

  • 貨品於收貨時已損壞或有製造缺陷
  • 收到的貨品與訂單內容不符

收貨後注意事項

  1. 請於收貨時即時檢查貨品及所有配件是否齊全。
  2. 如發現任何問題，請拍攝清晰照片（或影片）作紀錄。
  3. 請於 7 天內聯絡我們，並提供訂單編號及相關證明。

退回貨品要求

  • 貨品必須保持全新、未經使用狀態。
  • 必須連同完整包裝、所有配件、說明書及保用證（如適用）一併退回。
  • 所有隨貨附送的贈品必須一併退回； 如未能退回，ohReally. 有權於退款中扣除該贈品之價值。
  • 因人為損壞、不當使用或保管不善所造成的問題，恕不接受退換。

更換貨品售罄情況

如經確認可更換之貨品已售罄，ohReally. 將按原付款方式安排退款。

不接受退換或退款的情況

  • 因個人原因或改變心意而提出的退貨要求。
  • 已使用、已拆封或包裝不完整的貨品。
  • 貼身衣物或襪子（基於個人衛生及安全理由）。
  • Figure／公仔／人偶／景品類產品恕不適用本退換政策。 如出現缺件、錯件、損壞或塗裝問題，顧客須自行向相關代理商申請換件或補件， 並以代理商之最終審批結果為準。

退款方式（只限原付款方式）

退款只會退回至原付款帳戶，ohReally. 接受以下退款方式：

  • 轉數快（FPS）
  • PayMe
  • 信用卡（包括 Apple Pay／Google Pay）

退款處理時間

  • FPS／PayMe：一般需時約 3–10 個工作天。
  • 信用卡／Apple Pay／Google Pay：一般需時約 7–30 個工作天，實際時間視乎發卡銀行或付款平台。

如中英文版本之內容有任何差異，概以中文版本為準。
本公司保留隨時修改本條款及細則之權利，而毋須另行通知。

Return & Refund Policy

Eligible Returns / Refunds

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact ohReally. within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Inspection upon delivery

  1. Please inspect the item and accessories immediately upon receipt.
  2. Take clear photos or videos if any issue is found.
  3. Contact us within 7 days with your order number and evidence.

Return conditions

  • Items must be brand new, unused, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if any) must be included.
  • All complimentary gifts must be returned, otherwise their value may be deducted.
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling are not eligible.

Out-of-stock replacement

If an approved replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be arranged.

Non-returnable items

  • No returns for change of mind.
  • Used, opened, or incomplete items.
  • Personal wear such as underwear or socks.
  • Figures / figurines / dolls / prize figures are not covered. Customers must contact the official distributor for parts replacement.

  • FPS
  • PayMe
  • Credit Card (Apple Pay / Google Pay)

Refund processing time

  • FPS / PayMe: approximately 3–10 business days.
  • Credit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay: approximately 7–30 days.

In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
