發貨時間

我們明白準時送貨的重要性，會盡力儘快處理及寄出您的訂單。一般情況下，訂單會於 1–2 個工作日內完成處理；貨品寄出後，我們會以電郵通知您。 如遇貨品需求高峰、惡劣天氣或物流安排受影響，送貨時間可能延長。詳情請參考我們的服務條款。

香港地區（順豐速運 S.F. Express）

配送方式：

  • 送貨至指定工商或住宅地址、順豐門市、順豐智能櫃、便利店等。
  • 順豐智能櫃地址：  按此查看

運費

  • 每張訂單購物 少於 HK$350：HK$50 運費
  • 每張訂單購物 滿 HK$350：免運費

預計送達時間（僅供參考）

  • 工商區：約 2–3 天
  • 住宅：約 3–5 天

配送範圍

指定工商或住宅地址一般涵蓋香港、九龍、新界及部分離島地區；但不包括禁區、物流倉等地點。

順豐速運為本公司默認委託之送遞服務供應商；本公司或會按實際情況改由其他送遞服務供應商或採用其他送貨方式。

澳門地區（順豐速運 S.F. Express）

配送方式：

  • 送貨至澳門指定工商或住宅地址。

運費

  • 每張訂單購物 少於 HK$350：HK$50 運費
  • 每張訂單購物 滿 HK$350：免運費

寄出安排：

  • 星期一至五（工作天）寄出。
重要提示
  • 我們現時只提供 香港及澳門地區的配送服務。
  • 送貨服務不適用於：非工商區固定地址、邊境禁區、離島、貨倉、強制檢測指明場所、隔離酒店或設施、 以及不能經樓梯送貨而需經由露台入屋之地點。

如中英文版本之內容有任何差異，概以中文版本為準。

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, a notification email will be sent to you. Delivery times may be extended during peak periods, adverse weather conditions, or due to other unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Hong Kong Delivery (S.F. Express)

Orders are delivered via S.F. Express to designated commercial or residential addresses, S.F. Express branches, S.F. Lockers, or selected convenience stores.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders below HK$350: HK$50 shipping fee
  • Orders HK$350 or above: Free shipping

*Additional charges may apply for oversized or overweight items. Any extra shipping fees will be indicated on the product page or communicated prior to delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Commercial addresses: approximately 2–3 business days
  • Residential addresses: approximately 3–5 business days

Delivery Coverage

Delivery generally covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and selected outlying islands. Delivery is not available to restricted areas, warehouses, or locations where courier access is not permitted.

S.F. Express is our default courier service provider. We reserve the right to arrange delivery through alternative courier services or methods when necessary.

Macau Delivery (S.F. Express)

Orders are delivered via S.F. Express to designated commercial or residential addresses in Macau.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders below HK$350: HK$50 shipping fee
  • Orders HK$350 or above: Free shipping

Dispatch Schedule

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Important Notes

  • We currently provide delivery services only within Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Delivery services are not available to non-commercial fixed locations, border restricted areas, certain outlying islands, warehouses, compulsory testing premises, quarantine hotels or facilities, or locations requiring access via balcony or non-standard entry methods.

In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
